Award Amount: $2,000
Who is Eligible: This award is intended for students who have come into their family through adoption, in the Chicago area. The student must be a graduating high school senior, who has been accepted to a 2- or 4-year college for the 2016-2017 school year (complete requirements and details are listed in the application).
Instructions: In order to be considered for this award, please fill out the application (CAFFA Scholarship Application), and email the form along with your essay to social_claudia@caffa.org. Your attached essay entry must be in PDF or a text (.txt) document and include your full name and email address in the header of the document itself.
Deadline: The application and essay must be submitted by July 31st, 2016.
